What is included in the rental?

All the bungalows are equipped with clean bedding, bed sheet, pillows and blankets to make your stay comfortable. Towels, toiletries, soaps and other essentials are available upon request and charged separately.

Do you provide meals as well?

We also provide freshly cooked meals of your choice at additional charges. For menu and prices please contact us in advanced.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Most of our bungalows are Pet-Friendly. However, we advise to check it with us beforehand.

What do I need to carry with my luggage?

We request all the guests to carry their own tooth brush and paste, swim suits, towels, toiletries, Mineral water jars etc. Most properties will NOT have paper towels, bathroom tissue, soap, or cleaning products.

Can I cook my own meal at the bungalow?

Currently only certain bungalows provide facility to cook in the kitchen by paying a nominal Kitchen Usage Fee. Please check with us for more details before making a booking.

Can I bring my own speakers to play music at the bungalow?

Yes, you can! However, make sure there will be no disturbance to the neighbours and you cannot play the loud music after 10:00 pm.

Do I need to pay all the booking amount while Checking-In?

Yes, your booking will only be confirmed once the booking amount is payed. The payment of the remaining Rental Charges and Security Deposit can be made during check-in.

What is the Security deposit and why do I have to pay it separately?

The security deposit is the amount we hold as a against any damages at the time of check in which is usually being charged to maintain the property from any damages occur during the stay of the guest at the property. Security deposit fee is refunded back on check out to the guest after checking out the property is in damage free condition. Please report any problems or damages observed upon check-in. Unreported problems and / or damages will be assumed to have occurred during occupancy and guest shall be held responsible for those damages.

What are the Check-In and Check-Out timings?

Check-In Time: 12:00 pm and Check-Out Time: 10:00 am. Early check ins and late check outs are subject to availability and charged separately.

Is there Air conditioning in the bungalows?

Most of our bungalows are equipped with air conditioning units. However, it is always advisable to confirm the details before booking.

Is there a TV in the bungalow?

Most of our bungalows are equipped with TV and entertainment sets. However, it is always advisable to confirm the details before booking.

Is there time for use of swimming pools?

Swimming pools remain open only from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. No Access to the pool is granted outside the operating hours.

Tearms And Conditions

By booking a bungalow with us (or by paying a booking amount) you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  • The Rental Amount only covers rental of the bungalow for the given period of the time. All the other supplies, extra bedding or mattresses and meals are charged separately.
  • The amount of Security Deposit is based on the booked property.
  • To confirm the booking, complete booking fee must be paid at-least 24 hours in advanced from the check-in dates.
  • The booking is only confirmed after complete payment of the booking fee is made.
  • The booking fee is STRICTLY non-refundable.
  • Remaining Rental Charges and Security deposits are due at the time of check-in.
  • Identity proof such as Passport, Driver’s License or Adhar Card is mandatory while checking-in.
  • All the Rental prices are based on the number of people staying at the bungalow and these prices may change without any notice. ​There will be separate charge for any extra individuals including driver.
  • There is no charge for children under 5 years old (Max 2). However, Age proof of the children is required while booking to avail the discount.
  • Please note: Any individual who is not included into the rental is Strictly prohibited from entering the premises and if any such extra individual (including children above 5 years) found staying in the villa without our indication then complete security deposit will be forfeited without any notice.
  • The guests will be responsible for any damages to the property during the rental period and Shivay Bungalows has right to recover the costs of damages from the security deposit and in case of insufficient security deposit to cover all the damages, the additional costs will be charged separately if necessary.
